Here’s how to become a member:
Employees of Northrop Grumman Corporation, California sites who are level 3 and above are invited and encouraged to become members of the Northrop Grumman Management Club, California Sites.
If you qualify, please click here. Dues are $12.00 biweekly and are automatically deducted from paychecks once the membership forms have been processed.
Members are notified of Club events via the e-mail system and can respond and make reservations online. The website at www.mgmtclub.com also has information on Club officers, events and activities, the Club’s Constitution, and photo galleries. We also encourage you to join our private Facebook group.

Over 1,100 leaders from across the company belong to the Northrop Grumman Management Club. The Northrop Grumman Management Club has a long history. Established in 1946, the club has been a resource to its members, providing a forum for development, community involvement, and networking/social activities.
